1. Applications and Features:
Environment friendly continuous carbonization furnace could make the carbonaceous organic material (particle size less than 15 mm), such as coconut shell, rice husk, sawdust, bamboo scrap, palm kernel shell, peanut shell, saw powder, straw and so on into charcoal through dry&©|160;distillation and anaerobic carbonization in the high temperature furnace, which also has high carbonization degree.
This production line adopts the advanced technology that could recycle, purify and circulating burn the combustible gas produced in the material carbonization process, such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen. This way not only solve the environmental pollution problem caused by the dense smoke produced by the normal carbonization equipment, but also provide the energy the equipment needs, which achieves the self-sufficiency and improve the continuity and economy of the equipment. This machine makes full use of the agricultural and forestry remaining and changes the waste into treasure, making a great contribution to the green environment.
2.Working Principle:
This equipment includes: gasifier, flue gas cleaner, draught fan, matched gas burner, carbonization furnace, etc(***ails seen in Equipment List)
This equipment adopts the dry&©|160;distillation carbonization, which make full use of the combustible gas produced in the carbonization process, such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen. The pure combustible gas could be get by the flue gas cleaner isolating the wood tar and wood acid. The combustible gas then would be burned fully by the matched gas burner to heat the high temperature carbonization pipe( temperature controlled about 600 ℃). There are four layers of pipelines inside the carbonization furnace. From top to bottom, the first and second layers are preheating and drying pipes, the third layer is low temperature carbonization piple and the fourth layer is the high temperature carbonization pipe.
